We are all living through an exceptional period due to COVID-19.
As you know, countries are attempting to manage this pandemic to the best of their abilities. In France, the Government, after a two-month lock down period, has decided to carefully ‘de-confine’ the population, following a plan in different phases.
The decision for the reopening dates for Tourism locations (such as hotels, restaurants, gites and B&Bs) will only happen at the end of May, even though it has already been confirmed that smaller buildings/ locations will reopen before larger ones. Borders will continue to stay closed, except in the Schengen area.
Therefore, we must remain patient, at least for a little while longer, until we get a better idea of how things will evolve.
At La Jabeline, we are striving to ensure that we respect all safety and hygiene regulations. Especially regarding cleaning and disinfection of spaces/ furniture in the Gites and in common areas, to protect everyone’s safety.
As such, I have decided to impose a 24h closure in between each occupancy in the Gites.
For your information, the grounds and spaces made available to our guests allow for social distancing. The Gites are far enough from one another and benefit fully private areas. Same goes with our pool area (where people can still share the area without being forced to stand too close to one another) and other rest areas on the property.
I can assure you La Jabeline’s staff will take all the necessary precautions that will ensure you can fully enjoy your stay with us !
In the meantime, stay safe and healthy,
